Imho (and I'm often wrong!), tombstone is an iconic "minion masters" card, and whoever came up with the idea is an evil evil genius. On the gameplay-side, yes, when seeing that your opponent is a mordar it's good to think to yourself: 'right, i have to identify which minion is in his deck that i would prefer for tombstone to res', and keep thinking that during the match. It's an important thing to consider when designing a deck: "aah, but what about against a Mordar" To have a deck that is strong against typical mordar decks, you would typically have: stuns, or fast decks (early damage to opponent's tower), or ways to negate buildings (but if tombstones are played in the 'nook' then these are limited to meme-storm and certain other spells), or better counter-push in the other lane. Mordar presents a very specific and interesting opponent.
